I plead guilty on the first count and innocent on the second one. I'm certainly too lazy to work, but on the other hand, the reason I don't steal is not because I'm too nervous. (I may be nervous enough, but that's a different issue.)

I also think that the AND conjunction is too strong here, and it should be better replaced by OR :)
